Lots of great information to share from this morning’s meeting!

We welcomed our newest member, M.I.R.O. 🤖 (Mid-Isle Rotary Operator), a reminder of something we’re especially proud to support the students, educators, and community programs helping build the next generation of innovators, problem solvers, and leaders in the Virgin Islands.

Through our Captains of Education Grant, Mid-Isle was honored to support Project Promise VI Robotics Program, whose students continue to develop valuable STEM skills and represent the U.S. Virgin Islands on the global stage through the FIRST Global Challenge.

We also recognized two students from our sponsored Interact Club at Free Will Baptist Christian School who will attend the 2026 World Affairs Seminar at Carroll University in Wisconsin. Congratulations to D’Moi Liburd and Shawn Edney as they prepare to join students from around the world for a week of leadership development, global learning, and cultural exchange.

And a special shout out to Chester Fines, who was on a fundraising roll this morning. If there was a dollar left in the room, he was determined to find it!

Congratulations to all. This is what Rotary is all about; investing in young people, supporting education, and creating opportunities that help shape tomorrow’s leaders. 💙💛
