The Caribbean Genealogy Library The Caribbean Genealogy Library is a research library. Become a Library Member! Membership is open to anyone interested in genealogy and history.

Its mission is providing access to Caribbean genealogy, history, and cultural heritage information resources, and promoting family history documentation, education, and scholarship. The outstanding Caribbean Genealogy Library (CGL) collection includes over 5,000 books and periodicals about the Caribbean, the Americas, and Europe along with thousands of pages of church registers, censuses, newspapers, government records, and other documents related to the history of the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean. CGL is a FamilySearch affiliate library, and has a subscription to Ancestry.com on the computers in the library. Benefits include, among others, access to CGL resources, advance notice of lectures and workshops, free admission to events, all while supporting CGL.
