Today, in the USVI we celebrate VI–Puerto Rico Friendship Day, honoring the longstanding friendship, shared history, and cultural connections between the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. We wish our community a wonderful day honoring this frienship!

Our trainees and trainers at My Brother’s Workshop (MBW) have been busy in the industrial kitchen, creating fresh café specials and custom catering orders!

Today in the Café, we’re serving a Tropical Fruit Salad with Passion Fruit Vinaigrette. This salad features a blend of pineapple, mango, dried cranberries, red onions, and red peppers tossed in our house‑made dressing. Delicious!

We’re also serving fresh Danishes, including blueberry cream cheese, blueberry, and apple.

We are proud to share our recent catering orders, including a cookie spread, a Cookie Monster cake, and a sandwich platter crafted by our team.

Visit us Monday–Friday from 7am–2pm and Saturdays from 8am–12pm at MBW’s Café & Bakery.

Every dish and order represents a step toward confidence, skill‑building, and opportunity for youth in the USVI. Proceeds from all sales go directly back into our job‑training nonprofit. Our secret ingredient is love!

Soup Special Alert - Kallaloo!

Today’s special is Kallaloo, a beloved Caribbean dish made with slow‑simmered local greens, fresh herbs, and rich island flavor. Items in MBW's Café & Bakery are prepared and sold by our trainees and staff.

Come pick up yours today! We are located at 1-6 Estate Donoe and are open Monday-Friday from 7am-2pm and Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Our secret ingredient is love!

My Brother's Workshop is a non-profit organization that provides paid on-the-job training, mentorship, education, counseling, and job placement for at-risk youth in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

It’s Dolly Day! Let’s choose kindness in honor of Dolly Parton.

Dolly Day is a day dedicated to acts of kindness, themed events, and fundraisers, and we’re celebrating by spreading a little more hope, healing, and purpose throughout our community.

Today, we’re asking you to do one small thing that can make a big difference:
