1x/Month food distribution to the community, $25 gets you approximately 100 pounds of food- which is about two laundry baskets full of food.

No income qualifier, ALL are encouraged to participate.

We understand that some of our volunteers received this email from Ruby’s corporate. As of 3/31/2026, they are no longer having distributions at any site including ours. This was likely a scheduled email that got sent out before they could cancel it. There will be no distribution at Our Saviours Lutheran Church on 4/4/2026. Sorry for any confusion.

Important update, please read.
We were notified that Ruby’s Pantry made the decision to discontinue distribution at all locations. This was unexpected news that we are passing along to all of you.

We have enjoyed this outreach program and know that it has been a blessing to many families in the community. Thank you for your support over the years.

Friendly reminder! Our next distribution will be on Saturday May 2nd from 9:00am-10:00am. Please note the $30 price increase. This applies to all Ruby’s locations due to rising fuel and transportation costs.

We received an update from Ruby’s leadership and wanted to let you know that they will increasing the price of a Ruby’s share from $25 to $30. This is due to rising costs involved in transporting and distributing food.

Also, please note that there will be no distribution in Zumbrota in April due to Easter, but we look forward to seeing you at our next distribution on Saturday May 2nd!

Ruby’s pantry is one week from today!
March is usually the month where we experience all the seasons. Hopefully we’ll draw a nice warm spring day for our distribution!

Mark your calendars to join us, we’ll be there from 9-10am or until shares are gone.
$25 gets you an abundance of food!

Our hearts are heavy today.
We’re laying to rest our dearly beloved Wagon Master, Tom Philips.

If you’ve volunteered with us more than a couple of times over the last five years, you probably remember that goofy hat and his kind smile.
Tom loved Jesus and loved people well.
He always had an encouraging word and a smile on his face, no matter what his circumstances were.

He has been such a blessing to our Zumbrota Ruby’s, to our church, and to our community.
He is so deeply missed.

Well done, good and faithful servant.
It’s not goodbye — it’s see you later.
