Our January Monthly Meetup at zWORKS set an exciting tone for the year.

We kicked things off with a fireside chat featuring Diana Caldwell, Founder & CEO of Amplified Sciences, who shared candid insights on building a science-driven startup, navigating fundraising, and opportunities for investors to join her journey.

Amanda Rubeck with STAR Financial Bank followed with a compelling look at how AI is transforming the financial industry on what’s working, what gaps remain, and where the next wave of AI entrepreneurs can make an impact.

Attendees also got a first look at our completed Phase I renovation, and Jon Gilman walked the community through what’s coming next.

A great night of learning, connection, and momentum for 2026 at zWORKS. Looking forward to the next one!

We’re excited to share that our construction is well underway at our Main Street location! Soon, we’ll have two brand-new soundproof phone/virtual meeting rooms and two new private offices to make your workspace even better.

And talk about dedication, our own board members Jon Gilman and Kate Swanson are putting in some serious sweat equity to help bring this vision to life.

These new spaces will give our members more flexibility, privacy, and room to grow. Just one more step toward supporting entrepreneurs, remote workers, and innovators right here in the Zionsville community.

Phase 1 of our space refresh is officially underway, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s coming in 2026.

Even with construction in motion, zWORKS remains 100% open for coworking, meetings, and all the creative energy you bring through our doors every day.

Still feeling the energy from Thursday’s December Meetup! What a way to close out the year. We had the chance to hear from three dynamic entrepreneurs: Jeff Wraley, Nakeisha Washington, and Evan Walker, who are pushing boundaries, building bold ideas, and reminding us why this community is so special.

A huge thank‑you as well to our interim Executive Director, Jon Gilman, for an insightful and forward‑thinking presentation on AI. The conversation it sparked shows just how ready our members are to embrace what’s next.
