American Condominimum Parks Zephyrhills We are an age restricted resident owned RV community. We follow FL Statutes CHAPTER 718, CONDOMINIUMS for our guidance.

We have "J rules" that all residents, must abide by. We have a volunteer HOA board and a volunteer Social Board for activities.
