Reef's Run Join us for the 8th Annual Reef’s Run – September 7, 2025! Raising awareness, supporting local families, and funding research for hydrocephalus.

This year we will hold our 6th Annual Reef's Run on Sunday, September 10th, 2023. This unique event will spread smiles, a sense of community, and a winning spirit. This event will not only raise awareness for hydrocephalus, which affects 1-2 in every 1,000 babies born, but it will also help to raise funds to support research for a much-needed cure. gery and 36,000 operations are performed annually, that’s one every 15 minutes! Join us in the search for a cure! Our goal is to help raise awareness for a condition most have never heard of before. Reef, as well as all the other children and adults with hydrocephalus, deserve a cure. A tomorrow free from the fear that their shunt may malfunction at any moment. Help us fight for their better tomorrows.

Three weeks from today, we’ll be back at Round Hill Pines for one of our favorite days of the year — running, walking, laughing, raising awareness and coming together for everyone affected by hydrocephalus.

Did you know? More than 1 million Americans are living with hydrocephalus, yet so many people have still never heard of it. That’s exactly why we started Reef’s Run. 💙

For nine years, our family, friends, sponsors, volunteers and this incredible community have helped us turn Reef’s story into something much bigger than we ever imagined.
