We will be hosting our annual rainbarrel workshop on Thursday February 27, 2025. Registration is now open, the first 40 HOUSEHOLDS to sign up will receive a free rainbarrel and kit. Come beat the winter blues and learn about stormwater management in your home! Registration is require, be sure to email the watershed specialist [email protected] to register for the workshop.

Well, this afternoon’s storm took down an old oak tree which in turn took down our sign. We had plans to restore it but I guess we now have to design a new one.

Good morning gardeners! We will be at the garden working tomorrow morning at 9:00. If you would like to volunteer stop on by. Planting may begin tomorrow afternoon once the work is complete. There are still a very limited number of plots and raised beds available.

29 days ago I sliced and planted 1 tomato, and today I have 196 new tomato plants. Cover them with moist soil and a lid. As soon as you see them germinate take the lid off and let them grow until you are ready to transplant. I used seed starting soil. VIA: BEN WILSON
