Hi Friends,
With our Annual Murder Mystery Dinner fast approaching, we are in need of some volunteers for the weekend of October 24 and 25. The positions we need filled are as follows:
1. Kitchen Crew: help prep food, serve meals buffet style, and clean up crew at the end of the night. You would be working with 4 of you, in addition to a designated organizer of the Kitchen.
2. Bar Crew: 2 volunteers required (each evening) to run the Kittywampus Soda Bar throughout the evening, and take payments.
3. Ticket Table: 2 volunteers required (each evening) to run the Ticket Booth, (this commitment is only needed at the beginning of the evening) take payments, consult our RSVP lists, and guide sponsors to their designated tables for the evening.
4. Photographer: 1 volunteer with indoor photographing skills. (Camera can be provided, unless you prefer your own) The Photographer is only needed for one night, whichever one works for you!
You don’t have to commit to both evenings if you would like to be a guest for one of them as well! The time commitments for these positions differ, and we can fill you in on more info if you are available to help out! We appreciate anyone who is willing to donate their time in any way! In addition to needing volunteers, we are also looking for businesses, families, or even individuals to donate or put together gift baskets for our Silent Auction, a new fundraising option we are doing this year! The gift baskets can include any variation of items, and they would need to be submitted for the auction by October 20. (Drop-off or pick-up details to be determined).
