Tulip City Air Force Model Airplane Club

Tulip City Air Force Model Airplane Club Tulip City Air Force is a model aviation club on the north side of Zeeland Michigan at 8427 Taylor Street, Zeeland, MI 49464.

We enjoy all types of model aviation; airplanes, quadcopters, helicopters and sailplanes. We welcome spectators and guests to the field and provide training for new pilots looking to get into model aviation without a steep learning curve. TCAF and Academy of Model Aeronautics(AMA) memberships required for training and flying privileges. Please feel free to email us with any questions or comments.

We had a great work party Saturday at the Tulip City field. We got a bunch of dirt spread and grass seed laid in areas that need it (please steer clear if you're out at the field). The runway is rolled (again). The drone pilots got their course laid out and have their end of the field looking spiffy. Noel dialed up some 'dogs on the grill and a few members braved the increasing winds and flew some of their wares. Huge thanks to all who came out and helped, looking forward to seeing ya'll at the field this summer!

For anyone interested, we will be having a club "work-day" out at the field this coming Saturday, May 16.

If you're new to the hobby, want to come chat/meet with with members, help spruce the place up...or all of the above!... come on out this Saturday starting at around 10AM.

Flying, of course, after we get done tidying up around the field after this too long and most unpleasant winter.
