👋 Meet Ginny, our new Program Coordinator! 🎉
We’re so excited to welcome Ginny Spahr to the Fostering Faith team. Her personal experience as a foster, adoptive, & guardianship parent gives her a unique heart for supporting foster families. We’re grateful to have her serving alongside us!
Here’s a little about Ginny and how God led her to Fostering Faith:
“Hi! I am so excited to be working with Fostering Faith! There is no question in my mind that God led me here.
After 13 years of welcoming children from foster care into our home, my husband and I felt it was time for a break. Yet we knew we still wanted to be involved in foster care somehow. Just hours after praying about what God had next for our family, I received an email about the Program Coordinator position. I knew God had answered our prayer, and I applied that same day!
My husband and I have been married for 26 years and have the privilege of parenting eight children through biological, foster, adoptive, & guardianship relationships. Our family’s story has taught me that a child’s history does not define their future, and I’m so thankful God has allowed us to be part of each of their stories.
Fostering Faith has been such a blessing to our family. As a foster parent, the gift of weekly respite gave us time to invest in our marriage and family. I’m now thrilled to have the opportunity to offer that same gift to other foster families who are doing the hard work of caring for children.
