The Replanted Conference is a multi-day event created specifically for foster and adoptive couples who need real support from people who truly understand. Through inspiring speakers, practical breakout sessions, meaningful worship, and authentic community, caregivers leave encouraged, equipped, and reminded that they are not alone in this journey.

To be eligible, you must:
• Be a West Michigan resident
• Be a foster, adoptive, kinship, or Safe Families couple
• Be available October 15-17, 2026
• Be able to arrange childcare, as this is a kid-free event (including babies)
The winner will be selected on August 14.
