🎉 BIG NEWS! $45,000 GRANT AWARDED! 🎉

We're celebrating another exciting milestone at City on a Hill Health Clinic!

Thanks to a $45,000 Health Equity grant from the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC), we're expanding access to specialty medical care through a new partnership with the MAVEN Project!

❤️ What does this mean for our patients?

Our clinic is fortunate to have dedicated, licensed medical professionals who generously volunteer their time and expertise to care for uninsured individuals.

Through this new partnership, our providers will be able to connect directly with specialty physicians across a variety of medical fields, expanding our ability to address complex medical needs.

Even better, patients will have access to specialty telehealth consultations right from our clinic building, at absolutely NO COST!

That means:
❤️ Greater access to specialty medical care
❤️ Collaboration between our licensed providers and specialists
❤️ More coordinated care for complex medical needs
❤️ No additional financial burden for our patients

🏅 FREE CARE DOES NOT MEAN LESSER CARE!

For 7 consecutive years, City on a Hill Health Clinic has earned the NAFC Gold Rating for Quality Standards!

Because we believe quality healthcare should never depend on someone's ability to pay.

Privacy matters. Dignity matters. Quality matters.

Our providers take the time to truly listen, understand each patient's concerns, and address their needs. We want every patient to leave feeling heard, respected, and confident that their questions have been answered.

💙 Nearly $10,000 raised. About 158 patient visits made possible. 💙

Our first Fuel for Healing raised nearly $10,000 for City on a Hill Health Clinic—enough to represent approximately 158 office visits, or about two months of care, providing a variety of services to uninsured members of our community.

We may not have reached our $50,000 goal, but this is real impact—and there is still time to give!

Beyond the dollars, we raised awareness, built new relationships, learned a lot, and watched our community show up in an incredible way.
