Dear Pike County Defense Ministry members,

I want to personally urge everyone to attend tonight's meeting as we address a significant change in our leadership. Recently, Brett Beal made some public statements on social media that were not in line with our ministry's mission and vision. While Brett stands by his sentiments, he recognizes that the manner in which he expressed them was not appropriate and has voluntarily stepped down from his role as president.

With Barry Smallwood having stepped down (about a month ago) due to work. I was nominated by Barry to serve as the VP and selected to fulfill that spot by the PCDM officers board. With the recent stepping down by Brett Beal, I am assuming the position of President. We will continue the original vision; survival skills, homesteading, food prep and independent living and frontier life skills. We will also offer “basic” fi****ms training.

At PCDM, we are committed to upholding high moral standards and operating within the bounds of legality. Our mission is to build a strong, faith-driven community that embodies these values. I hope you'll join us tonight as we continue to move forward together.

Congratulations to the winners of our very first Raffle! Thank you to all that participated and donated. The proceeds from this fundraiser are going to straight back to the community via free community training events, food drives, and more.
