Village of Zaleski

October 23rd the Zaleski Volunteer Fire Department will be working along side the American Red Cross installing smoke alarms in our community. Starting around 9am several teams will be going door to door with Alarms and fire safety information. Alarms are 10 year battery operated and installation is free for the homeowners. If you live outside the village of Zaleski in Madison or Knox Township and would like us to install alarms please contact the department at (740) 596-5300 with Name and address.

The Midnight at Moonville Festival is still accepting food and merchandise vendors for the fifth annual Midnight at Moonville festival. The event is Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 3 p.m. to midnight at Vinton County's haunted Moonville Tunnel.

VINTON COUNTY: SR 93 is closed at SR 160 in Wellston due to a gas leak. Traffic is being detoured from SR 160 to SR 349, back to SR 93. The duration of the closure is unknown.
