💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 💜
As October quickly approaches, The Butterfly Society will be celebrating our 12th Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Month with a month of events focused on bringing our community together to stand against domestic violence.
Throughout the month, we’ll gather for meaningful conversations, community events, and opportunities to share Our Stories, Our Truth, Our Voices, and Our Power.
So much of the work we do happens privately and behind the scenes to protect the privacy, safety, and dignity of victims and survivors. Our October calendar is an opportunity for our community to learn more about the work we do, connect with us, and find ways to show their support.
From A Call to Men: Our Power to our Jazz Brunch: Our Stories — there are many ways to be part of this movement.
