The Yuma Art Center invites artists from throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico for this all-media juried art show. Artists are encouraged to enter artwork in any media. The exhibition is open to all visual media, including but not limited, to the following: ceramic, drawing, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed-media, painting, paper, photography, printmaking, and wood.
Prizes include: first place, $750; second place, $450; third place, $250. Additional purchase prizes are expected.
Criteria for Selection: The exhibition is open to all visual media, excluding multimedia (video or projections). All artwork must be of original idea and assembly, created within the last two years and not previously exhibited in the Yuma Art Center. Each artist may submit up to 3 pieces for consideration. Each piece must not exceed 36 x 36 x 36 inches and must not weigh more than 100 pounds. All applicants must be 18 years or older and be residents of the United States, Canada or Mexico.
