We are actively working to restore the Constitutionally mandated balance of powers between the Federal Government and the States, and within the three branches of the Federal government itself. COS is a grassroots movement of volunteer patriots. It is the voice of We The People. Article V of the U.S. Constitution provides two methods for proposing amendments.

The second method is reserved for the States, whereas the first is reserved for Congress. Proposed amendments will:

1) Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government.

2) Limit the fiscal power of the federal government.

3) Impose term limits on federal officials and members of Congress

As District Captain of Legislative District 4, I am working to develop a team of volunteers to succeed in getting an application for an Article V COS passed through the State Legislature. Please sign the petition and/or volunteer at
