Many of you out there don’t know what’s going on around you because you’re not a Union member, lets fix that. Our intent is to provide information, notifications, and answers to questions and concerns. This is a page where we can gather to discuss wages, benefits and conditi

ons of employment for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. Our conversations about these issues are protected. This information is not for Supervisors or Management.

Your local lodge, SC-310 is having its Regular Members Meeting tonight at 6:00. Lodge meetings are held the third Thursday each month at 6 pm. The lodge is located at 3939 Ave 3E #124, across from MCAS in the Alarcon shopping center.

The SC310 regularly scheduled monthly meeting has been moved to tonight, Wednesday the 17th, to facilitated our members utilizing the long weekend. The meeting is at the local lodge at 6:00 p.m.

As many of you are aware TRAX has won the new MTSS contact. As they transition into this role they have contract parameters set by the Army contract that they have to be met. One of those is manning levels for the subcontracts. Many employees received notification about the transition from TRAX to Subcontractor yesterday. The movements where based on section/classification/seniority. If you question this then pull up a seniority list in your section and check it. The list of transfered employees was audited by your local Union representatives and found to be accurate. There are many points to review in the FAQ document that cover most questions you may have. Please reach out to the Union if you have other questions. We can answer questions here or you can DM this site if you want a personal response.
