YPG Trax IAM Labor Union News and updates about what we are doing and how you can help. This page is for all YPG Bargaining Unit Employees, not just Union members. Thank you

This is a page for organized workers of TRAX International performing Mission Test Support Services at Yuma Proving Ground. Many of you out there don’t know what’s going on around you because you’re not a Union member, lets fix that. Our intent is to provide information, notifications, and answers to questions and concerns. This is a page where we can gather to discuss wages, benefits and conditions of employment for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. Our conversations about these issues are protected. This information is not for Supervisors or Management.

- Keep all posts and comments within the intent of this page or the content will be removed.
- conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times.
- Don’t use specific names in posts or comments. (“A supervisor” or “An employee” is detailed enough)
- ONLY post/comment on this page before work, after work, on lunch or on break.
- Respect what we ask or you will be blocked from further posts.

Friendly Reminder, SC310 Members!
Our next union meeting is tonight at 6:00. We’ll be going over the updated bylaws that help shape how our local operates and represents all of us.

Whether you’ve been active for years or are just getting involved, come out, ask questions, share your thoughts, and be part of the conversation. The future of our local is something we all have a hand in shaping.
Hope to see you there! Let’s make our voices count and our local stronger together. ✊

As many of you are aware TRAX has won the new MTSS contact. As they transition into this role they have contract parameters set by the Army contract that they have to be met. One of those is manning levels for the subcontracts. Many employees received notification about the transition from TRAX to Subcontractor yesterday. The movements where based on section/classification/seniority. If you question this then pull up a seniority list in your section and check it. The list of transfered employees was audited by your local Union representatives and found to be accurate. There are many points to review in the FAQ document that cover most questions you may have. Please reach out to the Union if you have other questions. We can answer questions here or you can DM this site if you want a personal response.
