Wild About Reading Challenge Kick-off Party!

Join us at the Wildlight Association Office on June 1st to decorate a bookmark, enjoy snacks with friends, pick up your Summer Reading Challenge sheet, and set your summer reading goal!

Challenge sheets will be handed out during the Kick-off Party between 1-3pm, and will also be shared in the Wildlight Weekly following the event for anyone unable to attend.

In observance of Memorial Day, the office will be closed Monday, May 25, and will reopen 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 26.

Memorial Day honors people who died serving in the U.S. military.

The Wildlight Sessions: Mike McDaniel Music

Join us for the return of The Wildlight Sessions, a monthly event featuring local solo artists, on Thursday, May 21 from 6–8pm at the Wildlight Village Center. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors out for a relaxed night of live music, community fun, and great vibes right here in the heart of Wildlight.

This month we are featuring Mike McDaniel. Known for his smooth vocals and easygoing acoustic style, Mike brings a mix of crowd-favorite covers and laid-back originals spanning country, rock, and coastal-inspired tunes. His approachable sound and engaging performance style make for the perfect backdrop to a spring evening outdoors. Bring a chair or blanket, relax, and enjoy the music as we start the weekend a little bit early!

One More Reason to Love Wildlight: CVS Pharmacy is Here!

A new CVS Pharmacy is now open within the Wildlight community at 100 Kindred Lane, located at the intersection of State Road 200 and Crosstown Avenue. The location will officially open on May 17, 2026, and features a drive-thru pharmacy, adding convenient access to prescriptions and everyday essentials for residents.

A typical CVS Pharmacy offers a full range of services and products, including prescription filling and transfers, over-the-counter medications, immunizations, personal care and wellness items, household essentials, convenience groceries, seasonal merchandise, and photo services. We are excited to welcome this new addition to Wildlight and the added convenience it brings to the community.

Join us on Saturday, May 23, from 10am-1pm, for the Grand Opening celebration of Wildlight's newest amenity, Suncatch Park!

The First Coast YMCA will be offering swim testing and demos starting at 10am in one of the swim lanes, and will have on-site registration available for summer and fall resident-only swim lessons.

A DJ will start spinning cool tunes at 11am, and Kona Ice will be handing out complimentary shaved ice. Rolling Fatty's Food Truck will also be on-site with food available for purchase.

Enjoy even more family-friendly fun with face painting, a balloon twister, lawn games, and volleyball set up throughout the event. For guests 21+, SJ Brewing Company will be pouring complimentary brews while supplies last.

Residents are encouraged to RSVP via the Wildlight Weekly so we can plan accordingly for this exciting community celebration!
