Big Dog Little Dog Caring Foundation Big Dog Little Dog was an idea born out of the loss of our dear family members. You don’t always have the money you need to make your pet healthy or happy.

Big Dog Little Dog Caring foundation is non-profit charity dedicated to improving the lives of dogs by assisting with adoption, vet care, food and more throughout Northeast Florida The founders of Big Dog Little Dog each once had a beloved pet who was lost when they were unable to come up with the money needed to get their dogs the necessary treatment to survive. One founder had a beautiful and p

owerful Great Dane while the other lost a sweet, lovable dachshund. As they sat one day sharing stories and talking about the pain they suffered in the loss of their pet, the idea for Big Dog Little Dog was born. Big Dog Little Dog is an organization designed to help owners from having to suffer from this kind of pain by providing emergency and crisis services for pets when the owners are unable to pay for it. Big Dog Little Dog is here for all dogs no matter the shape or size. Big Dog Little Dog is a small, volunteer run organization with limited funds, but are here to help where we can!

Our shelter CAN NOT handle any more lost dogs.

✅ Check your fences are secure.
✅ Make sure your pet is microchipped and your contact info is current.
✅ Keep them inside with some mellow music playing.
