Reminder, If you are not part of the Association, don't use any of its property. We will call the Sheriff for trespassing.

Dues for 2023 are due June 30th. Reminder if you don't pay, you cannot use the beach area. If you live on Melanie or Marko and opted out, you will be invoiced for the insurance that covers the roads.
