Friendly Reminder: As we continue working together to keep our community beautiful and welcoming for everyone, we wanted to send a friendly reminder regarding several commonly observed Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) concerns throughout the neighborhood.
This notice is being shared as an opportunity for all residents to review and address any potential concerns prior to formal violation letters being issued. Our goal is to encourage awareness, consistency, and community pride while helping everyone remain in compliance with the association’s governing documents.
Some of the most frequently observed concerns include:
• Parking on neighborhood streets
• Trash cans visible from the street instead of being stored in garages or behind fencing
• Lawn and garden bed maintenance
• Signs placed within yards that may not comply with community guidelines
We also want to remind residents to help us keep our community amenities clean and in great condition for everyone to enjoy. Recently, trash has been left at the basketball court area, and soccer nets have been damaged from individuals sitting on them. We appreciate everyone doing their part to help care for these shared spaces so they remain safe and enjoyable for all residents.
In addition, please remember that Design Review approval is required prior to making any exterior modifications or changes to a residence or property. This helps ensure consistency within the community and compliance with association guidelines.
Please see CC&R information below for additional details and reminders regarding community standards. The full set of CC&R documents can be located on the Raywood Manor website at https://www.raywoodmanorhoa.com/default.php.
Thank you for taking a few moments to review your property and help maintain the appearance, value, and amenities within our neighborhood. Your cooperation and community pride are greatly appreciated.
