Who Can Vote?
Voting is open to Regular Members in good standing.
Regular Members include:
⚾ Current approved volunteers such as board members, managers, coaches, volunteer umpires, and team parents.
Individuals who are not current volunteers may also become Regular Members by completing the membership process and receiving Board approval.

⏰ Important: To be eligible to vote at the Annual Membership Meeting, you must be a Regular Member in good standing by Sunday, July 26, 2026 (30 days prior to the meeting). Memberships or volunteer approvals completed after this date will not be eligible to vote in this year's election.
🗳️ Can't attend the meeting? If you are a Regular Member in good standing and are unable to attend the Annual Membership Meeting, please contact us at [email protected] to request an absentee ballot. We want to ensure every eligible member has the opportunity to participate in the election.
We encourage all eligible members to attend, cast their vote, and consider becoming part of the leadership team that helps make Tri-Valley Little League a great place for our players and families.
