Early Childhood Education Program Director | 32 Years with E Center

For 32 years, Jodie has dedicated her career to helping children, families, and staff grow and thrive. As E Center’s ECE Program Director, she provides leadership and oversight for our Head Start, Early Head Start, Migrant & Seasonal Head Start, Migrant Early Head Start, and CCTR Childcare programs.

What she enjoys most is witnessing the growth of families and staff and seeing the positive impact E Center has in our communities.

Jodie began her journey with E Center as a preschool teacher and continued to grow professionally and academically, eventually becoming a program director. Along the way, supportive mentors encouraged her to continue growing and developing as a leader.
She is especially proud of E Center’s ability to change lives, advocate for individuals and families, and maintain a strong commitment to program quality.

🌱 Supporting Positive Behaviors, Strengthening Young Minds! 💙

What goes into preparing for a new school year at E Center Child Development Programs? A lot of heart, preparation, and specialized training! ❤️

Our Child Development Programs team coordinates essential Pre-Service training before our classrooms open for the new school year. We captured a powerful session led by our Mental Health Behavioral Support Technicians for our Preschool team at our Yuba City Corporate Office.

Centered on Positive Behavior Support, our staff practiced utilizing mental health forms and focused on Conscious Discipline practices for teacher self-regulation. We know that to best support our little ones, our educators need the right tools to stay grounded and respond with intention. 🧘‍♀️✨

At E Center, we believe supporting the whole child starts with understanding their needs and building positive relationships so every child is ready to learn.

Come celebrate 150 years of Arbuckle with a day full of fun, community, and family-friendly activities! Be sure to check out the Sacramento Valley Museum’s Pop-Up Museum, open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
