A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Community!

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful community members who came together to help repair the roads at Madrone Hospice.

Over time, sections of our pavement had deteriorated significantly, creating both costly damage and potential safety hazards. The repairs would have required thousands of dollars—resources that can be better directed toward serving our patients and families.

Thanks to the generosity, dedication, and compassion of several local supporters, this project became possible. These individuals and businesses donated their time, equipment, materials, and expertise to make our roads safe and accessible once again.

Happy Retirement to Gladys Martin! 💜💐

After more than 16 wonderful years with Madrone Hospice, Gladys has been such a valuable and dependable LVN, making a lasting impact on countless patients and families. Her softness, compassion, and sense of humor have brought such a beautiful light and laughter into so many homes over the years.

We are incredibly grateful for the kind care, dedication, and heart she has shared with everyone she served. While she will be deeply missed, we are so excited for this next chapter for her — one filled with more quality time with family, precious moments with her blessed grandchildren, and as many mountain trips as she can take.

Congratulations on your retirement, Gladys! Wishing you endless joy, peace, adventure, and many beautiful memories ahead. 🏔️✨

Looking for a meaningful way to give back and have fun doing it? We need YOU! 💚

Volunteer opportunities are blooming at the Hospice Shop, Heartisan Boutique, and Madrone House. Every hour volunteered helps support compassionate end-of-life care for patients and families.

✨ Love decorating, organizing, helping customers, treasure hunting, or creating handmade items? Join our amazing teams at the Hospice Shop and Heartisan Boutique. We are always looking for creative volunteers who enjoy making handcrafted goods to sell in support of hospice care.

✨ Have a caring heart? Become a patient care volunteer and help bring comfort, companionship, and much needed respite to family caregivers during life’s most meaningful moments.

✨ Have a green thumb? We are always looking for volunteers to help garden, pull weeds and help beautify the grounds at the Hospice House. This is important to keep our space looking peaceful, serene, and welcoming for all who visit.

No special experience needed, just kindness, a little time, and a willingness to help make a difference in our community. 🌿
