We would like to Thank the local Democrat organization for for holding a food drive that benefits both food banks in Yreka, Siskiyou Community Food Bank & Yreka Food Bank. We received 375 pounds of foods! Great job! Thank you to all those that donated food.

Due to unforseen circumstances, the 2025 Yreka Awards Banquet is cancelled (6/6/26). However, since nominee forms were completed, we will honor those that participated by presenting the winners with the plaques at their place of work. And the winners are............... Citizen of the Year- Mary Smith,
Nonprofit of the Year- Rescue Ranch Thrift Store,
Businees of the Year- Level Up Studios, and
