Phi Sigma Epsilon was founded on this day in 1910 at Kansas State Normal College (now Emporia State University). After merging with Phi Sigma Kappa in 1985, we continue to honor and celebrate the lasting legacy of Phi Sigma Epsilon’s brotherhood.
