We get goosebumps every time we hear this beautiful poem by Kiante Miles. Cancer affects us all in unspeakable ways, but we still have each other, and we still have HOPE!

Why I Relay | Kennedy

I Relay for the ones who did not beat their battle. I Relay for the ones who are fighting their battle. I Relay for the ones who have beat their battle.

Personally, I Relay in honor of my best friend's father, Jeff Cooke who lost his short battle with cancer in 2011. He made a huge impact in my life and FOR him I would love to make an impact on others by raising money, spreading awareness and giving HOPE to the ones that need it the most.
