Sometimes the small victories deserve just as much celebration as the big ones.

On October 27th, join us for a creative workshop where we’ll celebrate the everyday accomplishments, personal milestones, and wins that make life special.

You’ll learn simple felt-layering and ribbon-layout techniques while creating a personalized award badge or prize ribbon. Choose your own message and decorate your piece with letter beads, sequins, ribbons, and other fun embellishments.

No previous crafting experience is necessary.

Or maybe something completely unique to you!

During our upcoming creative workshop on October 27th, you’ll design your own felt award badge or prize ribbon celebrating a victory that matters to you. We’ll provide the felt, ribbons, letter beads, embellishments, pin materials, and a template to help you create your masterpiece.

You’ll just need hot glue, Elmer’s glue, OR an embroidery needle and embroidery floss to put your creation together.

Fall fun is waiting for us in Traverse City!

Join HFM at Myrtle & Maude's for our next Community Night on October 9th. We’ll enjoy a fall evening together with a pulled pork dinner, wagon ride, c***r, corn maze, campfires, pumpkin decorating, and plenty of time to connect with other members of the bleeding disorders community.

What deserves an award in your life?

Maybe it’s a major milestone. Maybe it’s “Doing My Best.” Maybe it’s simply remembering to drink enough water today!

Join us October 27th for a fun, hands-on workshop celebrating life’s victories—big, small, and delightfully silly. Participants will create personalized felt award badges and prize ribbons using colorful felt, ribbons, letter beads, sequins, and other embellishments.

No sewing or crafting experience is needed, and a template will be provided. When you register, you’ll select a festive color palette, and your materials will be shipped directly to you.

Join us at Bleeder & a Buddy October 9 -11 at Camp Copeneconic.

What is Bleeder & A Buddy?
This is an opportunity for teens with bleeding disorders to attend a retreat, and bring an unaffected buddy. By doing this, teens will have a friend back at home that has an understanding of bleeding disorders and can serve as a source of support to their affected friend.
The best part? Bleeder and a Buddy is FUN! The weekend will include games, team-building activities, and opportunities to share information and experiences with non-affected buddies
