Circles Cohort 7 Open House – Join Us In Person!

Hello Past and Future Participants

We’re excited to announce that Cohort 7 of Circles Washtenaw County is officially launching on September 30th, 2025, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

To kick things off, we are hosting an in-person Open House Informational Session on Wednesday, August 6th, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about getting involved as a Leader, Ally, or Volunteer.

Date: Wednesday, August 6, 2025
Location: St. Luke Lutheran Church (West Wing)
Address: 4205 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48108

Session Times:
Morning: 10:00 AM
Evening: 6:00 PM

Light refreshments will be provided at both sessions.

We’ve created two time options to make it easy for you to attend, please join us for one of these sessions in person.

Due to the interactive nature and importance of this gathering, we’ve decided not to offer a Zoom option. If you are unable to attend either session, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to make special accommodations.

This session will include:
*An overview of Friends In Deed & Circles of Washtenaw County and our impact in the community
*What to expect as a Leader, Ally, or Volunteer
*The time and commitment involved
*A chance to ask questions and connect with our team

Whether you're considering joining, already signed up, or have been an ally or volunteer before, this is your opportunity to get fully informed, inspired, and involved. We’re still accepting applications for all roles—so please invite a friend or two to come with you!

Hi everyone,

On August 9, we will be rappelling down a 110-foot building in downtown Ann Arbor to raise funds for Friends In Deed, a local nonprofit that helps Washtenaw County families move from crisis to stability.

To go Over the Edge, I need to raise at least $1,000, and every single dollar goes directly to essential programs like eviction prevention, transportation support, job-readiness mentoring, senior services and so much more.

On August 9, Circles has a team that will be rappelling down a 110-foot building in downtown Ann Arbor to raise funds for Friends In Deed, a local nonprofit that helps Washtenaw County families move from crisis to stability.
