LAST CALL – Fall Ball Registration Closes THIS FRIDAY, July 31st!

Ypsilanti National Little League welcomes players ages 4–16! No boundary restrictions, no school restrictions — come from anywhere. Register today at www.ypsinational.org

What is Fall Ball?
Fall Ball is a more relaxed, skills-focused season that runs after the traditional spring/summer league. It's lower-pressure, with an emphasis on player development, trying new positions, and just having fun on the field — perfect for building confidence before spring.

Why it matters:
Keeps kids active and engaged during the off-season
Builds teamwork, confidence, and new friendships
Gives new players a low-stakes way to learn the game
Helps returning players sharpen skills for spring season

Bring a player. Bring a friend. Bring a neighbor. Bring a stranger. Everyone's welcome, no matter where you're from. We also welcome full teams looking to join for the season.

**Scholarship opportunities are available for families in need** — please send us a message if you have questions about scholarships or the registration process.

Sign up today for Fall Ball before it's too late — registration closes Friday, July 31st.

Ypsilanti National — Dog Policy. Please Read.

Ypsilanti National Little League operates on four playing fields. Ypsilanti Township owns two of them, but YNLL is responsible for all four fields and everything inside the fence lines, including the off-season.

No dogs are permitted inside the fence lines of any of our four playing fields at any time — during the regular season, postseason, or off-season.

You're welcome to walk your dog in the public areas of the park, outside the perimeter of the playing fields, as long as your dog is leashed and you clean up after your pet and dispose of the waste properly. Please keep dogs off of the fenced playing field and dugout areas entirely.

This is also consistent with Ypsilanti Township ordinance, which prohibits dogs from being "at large" — meaning off-leash and not under the physical control of their owner. Violations of the township's dog ordinance are a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500 and/or up to 90 days in jail (Ypsilanti Charter Township Code, Ch. 14).

Our fields are monitored by cameras, and league representatives and Ypsilanti Township staff patrol the park regularly now, including in the off-season. If a dog is found inside the fence line of any playing field, the owner will be asked to leave. Continued violations will result in a trespass notice, and we will not hesitate to contact the police to have violators removed from the property.

We're taking this seriously for our players' safety, and because the league cannot be responsible for pets brought onto the fields against posted policy.

Thank you for helping us keep these fields safe and clean for our players, in season and off season.

Let's shine a spotlight on our amazing volunteers. 🧡💙

Every single one of our volunteers step up to the plate because of the kids and for the kids. None of them seek acknowledgment or appreciation — ever. This year brought an abundance of challenges, and so many people stepped up to help our league survive. We want to take a moment to recognize them and let them know how much we appreciate them.

We also have so many incredible sponsors, new and returning, who've made a huge impact on our league — and they each deserve their own individual recognition. We'll be spotlighting our sponsors individually during the off-season, so stay tuned for that!

For now, let's put the spotlight on our league volunteers. Comment below with a shout out or a story. Tell us about one or more of our volunteers who made a difference for you or your family — someone you noticed going above and beyond. Tell us about a coach, parent helper, board member, volunteer umpire, field maintenance helper, or anyone who has helped our league this season that you feel should be recognized. Let's make sure they know they are seen and appreciated.

Thank you to every single volunteer — we couldn't do this without you. 💙🧡

Spring and tournament Season are officially in the books — and what a ride it was!

Weather delays, storm damage, air quality issues, and field conditions, graffiti and vandalism tested us more than we'd have liked. But we also found happiness, friendship, unity, family, encouragement, teamwork, laughter, and resilience. That's the great thing about Little League.

Every single player grew this season, from day one to the final out. None of it happens without our incredible families and community. Thank you for being part of it. 💙🧡

Fall Ball is almost here! Registration closes July 31st, practices start mid-August. No boundaries, no school restrictions — bring a friend, we won't turn them away. Register at www.ypsinational.org ⚾🥎

What were your favorite parts of the spring season? Drop them in the comments — we'd love to hear!
