Washtenaw Literacy We offer free literacy support to adults through a network of trained volunteer tutors.

The first step to becoming a tutor with Washtenaw Literacy is to attend a one-hour informational session, the ABCs of Washtenaw Literacy. These engaging sessions provide interested folks with all the information they need to decide how they would like to become more involved with literacy, what the commitments are and which training track is appropriate. Please help us recruit learners! We know there are many adults in our community who need our help but don't yet know about the free services we provide.

Join a group on May 29, 3-5 pm to distribute fliers throughout the county. We'll be in pairs and will meet up at Barry Bagels afterwards to chat and debrief. (Located in Westgate Shopping Center, 2515 Jackson Ave, Ann Arbor.)
