Oh my goodness! It’s beginning to look ALOT like Christmas. There are signs of Christmas blessings in every corner of our house!
We will be visiting some senior care homes soon.
We are grateful to all of you who have helped us. So excited to bring Benson’s Blessings to these wonderful people.

Yes. We will be doing Adopt A Senior again to provide gifts and cheer to area Assisted living and nursing home residents.
We will have a list very soon if volunteer opportunities and donation requests.

We are already working on “ Adopt a Resident”for Christmas 2021 and today we got a big surprise. A donation of cards, tissue paper, tags, and socks. This donation for Benson’s Blessings brought tears to my eyes. My heart is full knowing that others care for these dear folks like I do.
Stay tuned for upcoming missions and opportunities to volunteer or make tax deductible donations.

12/31/2020

For all of you who helped us bring some cheer and love to the long term care residents this year. We were able to fulfill the wishes of 38 elderly residents in homes and 4 shut ins. We were able to provide miscellaneous gift bags to 12 people who just needed a little love.
We also got notes of encouragement and Christmas cards to 530 residents.
I am so very thankful to all who had a hand in this special mission. Benson’s Blessings could not have done this without your help.
We’ve already begun making plans for our next mission and also for Adopt a Resident for Christmas next year.
If you didn’t have a chance to help with this mission, don’t worry there will be more opportunities soon.

We have the back of the car full and are making some deliveries today.
We are all thrilled to be bringing cheer and encouragement to some dear ones at St. Anne Home and Redstone Highlands Communities. Soon we will visit Weatherwood.
Thanks to all who have donated and adopted residents to make this year’s Adopt a Resident a huge success!!
I’m just blown away at how many of you felt the need to help me bless these precious people.

We are so thankful for all of the donors and the folks who have written Christmas cards so far.
A great big thank you to Carrie Douty and her students at Connellsville High School. They took this mission to heart and have fulfilled the wishes of eight residents of long term care facilities.
