RSVP Of Mahoning Valley volunteers came together last week to help pack approximately 67,000 meals of hope at the Pack The Valley event hosted by Direction Home of Eastern Ohio and ymv_unitedway. We were so humbled by the more than 300 volunteers who came together to make this happen.

Had the privilege to tour and meet some amazing community minded people at RSVP Community Partner Glenwood Fresh Market. This market is such a great program for folks to access fresh fruit and produce at low cost. Volunteers help with unloading, sorting and stocking shelves all while offering hope to area residents.

Had the wonderful opportunity to see newest Mahoning County RSVP volunteer Stuart in action this morning.
Stuart delivered 30 food boxes today provided by Senior Support Action Group and Gleaners Food Bank combating food insecurity for homebound seniors in the valley.
Definitely, my pleasure to see and participate in loading a few boxes for this awesome agency and the support they provide. Seniors if the Mahoning Valley feel seen, valued and valued largely due to the work you do.
