🌞 **HEAT ADVISORY: Stay Cool. Stay Safe.** 🌞

High temperatures and humidity are expected across our area this week. Heat-related illnesses can happen quickly, so it's important to take steps to protect yourself and your loved ones.

📋 See the flyer below for heat safety tips, warning signs of heat-related illness, and what to do in an emergency.

A few extra reminders:
💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
🌳 Limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day and take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning.
👵 Check on older adults, neighbors, and anyone who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

⚠️ Heat stroke is a medical emergency. If someone shows signs of confusion, loses consciousness, or has a very high body temperature, call **911 immediately**.

These secure vending machines provide free access to essential health supplies 24/7.

Supplies available include:
- Wound care kits
- Naloxone (Narcan) kits
- Fentanyl test strips
- Feminine hygiene kits
- Hygiene kits
