As parents of losing a child to su***de, it’s hard to portray the cringe we feel when we hear “committed su***de.”
Changing how we talk about su***de helps both kids and adults feel safer asking for help. It's not just about words..
- it's about creating a world where mental health issues are understood and supported.
Please share this so the message is heard.
Mental illness is not a crime.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and we’re starting an important conversation that too often goes unspoken. 💙

Many men carry stress, pressure, burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion silently—feeling like they have to “push through” instead of asking for support. But mental health struggles don’t always look obvious. Sometimes they sound like: “I’m exhausted,” “I’m on edge,” or “I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

In this first post of our Men’s Mental Health Series, we’re talking about the importance of breaking the silence around men’s mental wellness and reminding men that seeking support is not weakness—it’s strength. Counseling can provide a safe, practical, judgment-free space to process life’s challenges, improve relationships, and reconnect with yourself. You do not have to carry everything alone.
