With a heavy heart my Dad the President passed away yesterday.
Paul E. Jackson, age 80 of Sanborn, NY, entered into rest on July 29, 2026 in Wheatfield, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on April 23, 1946; son of the late Byron and Beryl (Raymond) Jackson. He was the President of Niagara River Anglers Association for over 30 years, long time member of LaSalle Sportsman's Club, Niagara County Federation of Conservation Clubs, L.O.T.S.A, Iroquois Gun Collectors Association, and a NRA instructor. Paul was the recipient of the Don Bronson Memorial Conservation Wall of Fame, and Pinky Robinson Memorial Award from Niagara County Federation of Conservation Clubs, for all the years of dedication to the outdoor community. He was a member of the former Sanborn First Baptist Church.
Paul was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Linda M. (Fogg) Jackson. Survivors include four children, Karen (Rob) Dunn, David (Krystl) Jackson, Patricia Jackson, and Kenneth Jackson; sisters, Carol klenner, Sharon Dunmire, and Arlene Decker- deceased; grandchildren, Aric Jackson (Nikki), Kyo (Chad) O'Connor, Lindsay (Travis) Sipos, Rebecca (Anthony) Barner, Zachary (Katie) Spaulding, Mackenzie Spaulding, PO1 Hannah (Steven) Rick, Samuel Jackson, Kyle (Kim) Davis, Kenneth Jackson Jr., Matthew Jackson, Shayla (Aaron) Fisher, Ethan Jackson, Brenna (Surjit Arnone) Dunn, Marissa Jackson, Carmen Jackson, and Ty Paul; Great-grandchildren, Teagan, Amelia, Bradley, Cole, Peyton, Mason, Grayson, Raegan, Declan, Ashton, Damian, and Everett; also several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home LLC, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Sunday (August 2) from 4-8 p.m. Services will be conducted on Monday (August 3) at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Friends may great the family from 11a.m.-1:00 p.m. before the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Niagara Hospice.
