Rev. Dr. Lewis W. Macklin II has been selected as the 2026 Juneteenth Legacy Parade Grand Marshal 🙌🏾 He is a respected pastor, community leader, advocate, and public servant whose decades of service have helped shape the spiritual, civic, and social landscape of Youngstown.

A lifelong resident and champion of the Youngstown community, he serves as Lead Pastor of Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, where he is known for his commitment to faith, community engagement, and social justice.

He is a graduate of Woodrow Wilson and
A graduate of Youngstown State University, Rev. Macklin has been recognized as one of the early orchestrators of city wide Juneteenth celebrations in the city of Youngstown and has also been recognized as the founding coordinator of the African-American Wellness Walk of the Mahoning Valley.
