What an absolutely beautiful day of celebrating Mike and involving lovely people in supporting our siblings. Mike would be so proud of Julie, McKale and Marisol and the way that they have continued his legacy. Amazing that their family has supported our mission for almost twenty years!! ESI hosted an amazing golf tournament and we are grateful for all the volunteers and golfers who came out to support Siblings Forever. Golfers sponsored all the pajamas we need for our separated siblings and their families at our Holiday Camp in December!

Today we celebrate what would have been Mike Stevenson's 50th birthday. Mike served as our Board Chair, sponsored our Golf tournament 12 years (with the last five years being held in his honor) and is also the father of McKale and Marisol, who now serve as volunteers at our camp events.We can't wait to honor his legacy at our upcoming golf tournament on October 2nd and to continue to bring siblings together in his memory.

What an amazing week! Topped off by one last Spirit Time at breakfast, a slideshow with pictures from the week and then our goodbyes. We had the most amazing volunteers who gave a week of their time to make sure that our kids had the best week possible. And how exciting that we still have five day events and our Holiday Camp to continue to bring together separated siblings. Stay tuned over the next couple of weeks to hear the stories of connection that were formed!

Our last full day of camp! And a special shout out to our very most special returning campers who have come back as counselors and LIT’s (Leaders in Training). What an amazing example to our campers! See the picture of these 14 beautiful souls!!

Campers did activities in the morning followed by memory books (filled with photos of the siblings together throughout the week), Siblings Give Back (siblings made blankets for children at CHOA), and our closing ceremony (where siblings and volunteers share what the week meant to them). Lots of tears!
