We have something fun coming up, and we wanted to give you a heads-up.

A HUGE THANK YOU! The last few months have been busier than we ever imagined. You've kept us swamped with orders, and we are so grateful. Supporting a small family farm means the world to us, so we wanted to find a way to say thank you and give back to the community that has given us so much.

So we're hosting a meat raffle with Brummel Farms Beef and Pork, alongside our friends at The 3:11 Project!

THREE winners will each take home a large box of beef and pork. We raise every animal right here on our family farm, with care from start to finish. You can taste the difference when it's raised humanely and close to home. With grocery prices what they are right now, a freezer full of quality meat would be a pretty great win.

And here's the part we're most excited about: we are donating all of the meat and the processing, so 100% of the money coming in goes directly to The 3:11 Project. They do incredible work right here in our community, helping neighbors in all kinds of ways when times get tough. Every ticket you buy empowers them to keep showing up for the people who need it most. That makes everyone a winner.

WE NEED ALL THE SQUISHIES FOR OUR CHRISTMAS KIDDOS. 🎅🏼🎄🎁

Our Hope for the Holidays Digital Angel tree will be up by the end of the month. BUT we have some needs that cannot wait since we know they will be impossible to find as Christmas gets closer and closer.

We will take any and all brand new squishies, but we know all the kids really want Needohs, Squeeezy brand, RMS brand dumplings, smushmart, tabalicious, smushers, super duper sugar, and anything else that’s trending.

We’ve had great luck at Learning Express in Naperville and Batavia. 🙂 and Five Below.

If you need help, find your closest 9 year old girl and she will be able to educate you. 😂

URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR MOM AND 4 CHILDREN UNDER 10.

The state has requested help with a hotel room for a mom and kids who urgently need help with shelter. They tried to help get this family into emergency DV shelter last night with no luck. All beds were full. They cannot go back to their home at this time due to safety issues.

We are asking for $650 to assist with hotel for the week while the family goes through the process of trying to get the abuser out of the home so they can go back.

URGENT NEED - HOTEL STAY FOR FAMILY OF FIVE

We are urgently in need of hotel money for a mom and her 4 kids while they are waiting on housing. The total for 2 nights (including deposit) is $319. Note: Mom is going through serious medical stuff and has a chronically ill child. They cannot stay at the public shelter.

They will be going to elevated keys, which is $1000 for the large room for 1 month. The program fee is $500.

We have already played the $1000. But still need the $500.

I would also like to grab them a pizza today.

Total needed for this family, to keep them safe and housed is $819. If we can make that $900 so I can feed them today, that would be amazingly helpful.

This family DOES have a housing voucher, but has been having a really hard time finding housing in Kendall county. They have already posted their voucher out and back in, and are not allowed to port again. Their voucher is being changed to a 5 bedroom voucher in the event that anyone knows of a landlord that has available rentals that will also look past a bad credit score. They keep their home immaculately clean. We have known this family for a while.

BINS URGENTLY NEEDED

We are in need of bins for a single mom who is being evicted from her home. She has less than a week to pack her belongings. Bins are preferable since she will be moving out into homelessness.

Bins may be dropped off outside of our side door next to the garage at 102 e schoolhouse rd. Yorkville.

Please make sure they are CLEAN and have lids. 🙏🏼
