Central Step Alliance Inc. (CSA), is a national organization and serves as a resource for all step youth, coaches, teams and as an alliance to other existing and successful STEP organizations around the country, old and new . CSA provides resources, trainings, workshops, conferences, competitive opportunities and referrals covering every aspect of step-life; for sponsors, coaches, artistic directors, supporters and administrations for community and school step teams across the nation.

Central Step Alliance Inc. respects and value the history, foundation and legends of “Steppin’ or Stepping” in the United States and the culture and arts it’s evolved from. Steppin’s rooted history, is one we value and include in all of our annual conference, workshops, socials, clinics, competitions and residential step camps.

CSA’s commitment to youth, sponsors, coaches and directors (anyone who supports youth and their passion for stepping) remains our highest priority. Because we are committed to increasing cultural exposure, educational and competitive opportunities, and diverse experiences to youth who appreciate the art of stepping, we will always be, and present ourselves, as a trusted and transparent organization. It is imperative that our visions, missions and intentions for our youth are effective in fostering their sense of ownership and leadership—ultimately preparing them for successful futures.

CSA is an “inclusive and transparent” organization, it’s our belief that Central Step Alliance will be successful at providing our members with the tools, resources, trainings and referrals they need to support their individual teams and programs in their communities and school –all of which will be relevant to the art of stepping and competing today.
