101 BACKWOOD RIDERS UNITED — OCTOBER TRAIL RIDE NOTICE
Before we get to October, we want to make a few things very clear.
This year, there will be a much heavier law enforcement presence than in previous years. Please govern yourselves accordingly.
Our goal is for everyone to come out, ride, dance, fellowship, and enjoy themselves. However, because of incidents that have occurred at previous events, we are ZERO TOLERANCE moving forward when it comes to fighting, disrespect, drama, threats, or anything that disrupts the event.
This is private property, and we have the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave. If you already know you’ve had previous issues or incidents at our events, please refrain from attending. We do not want to hold up traffic at the entrance because you’ve been asked to turn around.
If you’re coming with secret animosity, personal issues, or ill will toward anyone who may be attending, stay home. We are not bringing old problems into a family-oriented event.
LINE DANCE TEAMS: We love seeing y’all come out and enjoy the dance floor. But if everyone can’t get out there and have a good time without it becoming a competition, or without someone trying to take over the entire floor, please stay home. There is room for everybody to enjoy themselves.
101 Backwood Riders United Trail Rides is and will always remain a FAMILY-ORIENTED EVENT. Because of previous incidents, we are taking a ZERO-TOLERANCE APPROACH.
And just so there is absolutely no confusion: we do not care who you are or what connection you think you have to the land, the club, the family, or anyone involved. The rules apply to everybody.
If you are asked to leave, you will leave. If that’s not enough, you will be taking a trip to the Henson Hotel… IYKYK!
This isn’t about starting anything. It’s about making the expectations clear before the event so there are no misunderstandings.
PS: If you’re unsure whether you’ll be turned around at the gate, please reach out to us before the event and ask. We’d rather answer your question ahead of time than have you make the trip out, get turned around at the gate, and potentially interfere with traffic. Let’s save everybody some time and handle it beforehand.
Come ride. Come dance. Come fellowship. Come enjoy yourself.
Leave the drama at home.
Love y’all, and thank you for your continued support of 101 Backwood Riders United.
See y’all in October! 🤟🏾
