FRA Branch 172 Yorktown, Virginia The Fleet Reserve Association Branch 172 (Yorktown) was established to represent the FRA members residing in the Hampton Roads Peninsula communities.

The Fleet Reserve Association Branch 172 (Yorktown) was established to represent the FRA members residing in the following Hampton Roads communities: Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. The FRA with other Veteran Organizations work together to inform members of Congress on military issues, they testify before Congress advocating improved health care,

increased pay and programs that benefit all Sea Service personnel active, retirees, veterans and their families. We also work on a local level with active duty and veteran personnel. Welcome Shipmate: We at Branch 172 would like to invite you to participate in our Branch/Home. All Sea Services -USN, USMC, USCG- Active, Retired and Veterans are eligible for membership in the FRA. As a Branch of the Fleet Reserve we are a National Professional Veterans Organization. We are involved with the local community thru scholarship funds, NJROTC and various charities. The home is involved in many social activities, dances, dinners, and tournaments including pool, horseshoes and more. It is a great place to meet shipmates and relax.
