🍂🌾 HELP US BUILD OUR FALL FESTIVAL SCARECROW STATION!

We’re planning a fun Scarecrow Building Station where kids and families can get creative and build their very own scarecrow! 🎃👒

To make this activity possible, we’re looking for gently used items and craft supplies:

📰 Newspaper
👕 Old clothes — all sizes welcome! Shirts, pants, dresses, overalls, etc.
👒 Old hats — cowboy hats, straw hats, baseball caps, sun hats, etc.
🧣 Accessories — scarves, belts, ties, sunglasses, jewelry, and more!
🌾 Burlap sacks or burlap fabric
🛏️ Old pillowcases
🔘 Old buttons
🧵 Fabric scraps — all colors, patterns & sizes
🪢 Twine

Have something hiding in your closet or craft room that you don’t need anymore? Instead of throwing it away, donate it and let a little scarecrow bring it back to life! 🍁

Your donations will help us create a fun, hands-on activity for Yorktown families to enjoy together—and every scarecrow gets to have its own personality! 😂🎃

📍 Donations can be dropped off at the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce Office.
