The Yorktown Huskers 8U are the Greater Hudson Valley Softball League D2 Champions!

What an incredible season for this special group of players. Through hard work, determination, teamwork, and countless hours on the field, these girls continued to grow, compete, and support one another every step of the way.

This championship is a reflection of the dedication of our players, coaches, and families who made this season so memorable. The lessons learned, friendships built, and memories created will last far beyond the final game.

We couldn’t be prouder of this team and everything they accomplished together.

As our 6U, 8U, 10U, and 12U In-House Softball season comes to a close, we wanted to share these team photos and celebrate an incredible season.

From learning new skills to building friendships and making memories on the field, our players have worked hard and grown so much throughout the season. We are proud of each and every athlete, and grateful for the coaches, volunteers, and families who made this season possible.

YORKTOWN 12U SOFTBALL ADVANCES IN THE PLAYOFFS!
The girls brought the 🔥 today and defeated YBNR 20-13 to move on in the playoffs!
What a battle and what a performance by this team! They showed heart, hustle, and kept swinging all game long. So proud of everyone who stepped up on both sides of the ball.

🥎 CHAMPIONSHIP BOUND! 🏆

The Yorktown Huskers 8U punched their ticket to the championship with a huge 8-0 shutout win over the Rye Rockets!

Dominant pitching from Liana M and Sienna G kept the Rockets off the board all game long, while the Huskers’ bats stayed hot with 13 hits and aggressive base running.

Big contributions all around from Emily B, Valentina L, Kailani D, Olivia M, Isabella L, and the entire Huskers squad!

Flawless defense. Aggressive offense. Total team win.

Big 8-2 win over the Port Chester Pirates this past Sunday at Chelsea Park! 💪
Our girls came out swinging in the first inning and never looked back — 11 hits, 13 stolen bases, and ZERO errors on defense. Pitching was lights out too, with Liana striking out 6 in her start and strong relief from Sienna and Kailani!
Shoutout to Emily B and Kailani D leading the way with multi-hit games, and the whole squad showing that hustle on the basepaths

Yorktown 10U Johnson defeats Blue Sox 10U, 12-1!

🔥 Highlights:
• Pia S went a perfect 3-for-3 with a triple and multiple RBIs
• Strong team effort at the plate with 9 hits and 9 walks
• Kaitlyn R was solid in the circle, striking out 5 over 3 innings
• Brianna M added multiple hits and aggressive baserunning
• Tight defense with no errors and a double play turned
