I got hacked downloading an app to install a new printer, but I'm back, and York Common Grounds is moving into " summer mode". Still have nesting and single Shaker boxes and rolling pins by Bob Rapine, Desiree Collister of Desire Herbal has replenished everything, Deb Slusser has brought more pottery and garden poles with ceramic pieces. I'd show you the other but it has cats and birds on it and it's speaking to me so might be too late for you! You need to come in! There are Natalie's crochets, and Erika Guli's beautiful watercolor prints, more burlwood bowls from Mike Hagen and more Belle Hollow maple syrups, infused or not.
Open Thurs to Sun every week until 2 pm, and we will talk popsicles and Chicken BBQs at another time. Hello June!

We are back on Thursday morning with sandwiches and baked goods, fresh flowers and hot coffee! We are having Jim's Smokin' BBQ Truck stop by the shop from 11-3 on Fathers Day, and tickets are on sale now at the shop. $16. Make a plan to feed your Dad on his special day!

Travel Quilt Memories
Peggy Roll will speak at York Common Grounds this Thursday at 6:30 PM. One of our Bakers, expert Quilter, Historic Cook, and world traveler, she will discuss how images seen during her travels have influenced her use of traditional patterns in her quilting. There will also be a display of some of her remarkable quilts.

A perfect weekend for The Linwood Gardens Tree Peony Festival, The War of 1812 at Genesee Country Village & Museum, and enjoying life. We'll be open at York Common Grounds until 2. Stop by if your passing through on your adventures and we'll have the coffee pot on, or popsicles, or cinnamon rolls, and many other choices. It's a beautiful day. Enjoy it.

Class tonight is cancelled.
It is that crazy busy time of year. I thought it embraced topics of interest and ongoing conversation and learning, but apparently my timing is off. Classes will begin again at York Common Ground in the near future, and I look forward to your ideas of what you might enjoy here. Let me hear from you through text or DMs or the FB page.
