We were honored again to be asked to participate in the James A. Danner VFW Post 537 Memorial Day Parade today.

Even with the weather not being the greatest, It was great to see so much patriotism along the parade route and so many people out to remember the ultimate sacrifice some made to defend our great nation.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their sacrifice secured the freedoms we live with every day, and their memory rides with us always.

From all of us at Warrior Brotherhood MC Pennsylvania Chapter A, we stand united in respect, gratitude, and brotherhood for those who never made it home.

May we never forget the fallen, the families they left behind, and the true meaning of this day.

Ride safe. Remember always.

Even though the weather definitely wasn’t on our side, we are incredibly grateful to everyone who toughed it out, showed up, and rode in honor of such an important cause. Your support, dedication, and willingness to brave the rain means more than words can say but all in all the 14th Annual Matthew “Scrapper” Hanes Memorial Ride was a success because of all of YOU!

A huge thank you to the James A. Danner VFW Post 537, The Sherwood Inn, and the Blue Mountain Battalion Dickinson ROTC , and all our Brothers and families from across PA, VA, MD, MA, and NY for their incredible support in helping make this event possible. We also want to thank all of our sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and everyone who came out to ride and honor Scrapper.

Your commitment keeps his memory alive and continues to make a lasting impact.

Thank you for standing with us, for supporting the cause, and for proving that a little bad weather can’t stop our commitment to our mission.

We are all set up at The Sherwood Inn for the 14th Annual Matthew "Scrapper" Hanes Benefit Ride. Come on out for the ride. Kickstand up at 1200. If you can't make the ride we will be at James A. Danner VFW Post 537 after for a good time.

I’m sure most of you have seen the forecast for Saturday. Yeah, it’s probably going to rain…but you know what, that doesn’t stop our mission!!!

The Scrapper ride is rain or shine because raising money to help local veterans is far bigger than a little discomfort from being rained on.

We hope to see you there regardless of the weather! Even if you have to drive your car, we still appreciate your support and hope to see you at The Sherwood Inn and at the after party at James A. Danner VFW Post 537! There will be great food, and raffle items!
