This year we awarded $29,000 in scholarships to 17 YS seniors and renewed 27 scholarships from previous recipients for a total of $56,000 in awards for the 2026-27 school year. Congratulations to all of this year's awardees! Today's the day! Give Local York starts at 7pm tonight for 24 hours. We are excited to be part of York's annual day of giving. Funds raised are used to support our scholarships - next week we'll be giving awards to 17 seniors and renewing funds for 19 grads for a total of $56,000.

The York Suburban Dollars for Scholars chapter has been providing scholarships for York Suburban students since our founding in 1998. Administered by a volunteer group of community and business leaders, alumni, students, parents, and educators, we are committed to helping...
