For the past year and a half I have been honored to be president of the York Environmental Society. We almost gave up last year, but maintained through bad times, and I believe the club is starting to become an important part of the York College community again. I am saddened that I will no longer be the leader of a great organization, but I am also excited to be turning the club over to people who have an even greater passion for the environment than I do.
